Duties of Stewards

If possible be present prior to the commencement of a Club meeting and make sure that everything that should be is "in place".
Please ask the Luncheon Officer if there are any visitors present and check that they are being made welcome. (Also make sure the the President is aware of their presence.)
Be prepared to deal with any problems that arise during the course of the meeting.
Ensure that we have the coffee/tea served at the right time in the right place.
Check that the transition to a seminar room, if applicable, goes smoothly and that the room is correctly set up.
Ensure that any lists that are circulated are kept moving around the tables, finally that they are returned to the originator.
Apart from the above just use your common sense.
